]]><![CDATA[Travefy]]>Fri, 10 May 2024 00:20:55 GMThttps://www.thefalklander.com/blog/travefyAs we continue developing the online travel agency due to launch very soon, we've been working very hard creating our library in Travefy, this is our Customer Relationship Management platform which is just amazing.  We can create so much content beautifully presented in a digital format with images, videos, pdf files, maps, web links and so much more.  Our clients will receive an email with their itineraries and invitation to download the Trip Plans App with all the information of your personal itinerary, documents, vouchers and a chat application to keep in touch at any time.
We are very proud to be using Travefy as our CRM, not only providing our clients with very comprehensive itineraries but also key for one of our sustainability policies of reducing printing and paper usage.  Enjoy!

​As we prepare for the final stages for the launch of The Falklander Travel, we would like to say a massive thanks to everyone who has contributed to the creation of our website, Paul Calland from Treble3 Design for all the hard work in building the website, Sally Ellis for initiating the website and creating content, FITB for all the resources and information we have used from them, FIDC for their support, Vicky Santello for her photos, operators for providing information and images.  Many thanks for the good wishes we've received from friends, operators and the community in general.
We are not only launching a new travel agency but we also invite people to contribute with ideas, new activities and destinations.  Tourism in the Falklands can only grow bigger as long as we take care of our environment and develop the industry in a sustainable manner.  The Falklander Travel is a spin off of the original 'The Falklander' which is still an ambition of the founders to continue developing in the future.  We want to welcome you all to explore our website and please contact us if you require any information or if you want us to plan your visit to the Falklands, we are here to help!
